    thiis exercise is sick i did it for like 3 weeks and it was soo good it makes your calfs niigger soo u run faster i reccomend this exercise

    Well the only workout that i think might help is where you take a step and then jump with your feet together as high as you can. I have no idea how many you do but yeah hope it helps

    seeing your calves while doing the calf exercise would have been more helpful so as to see how the muscles are moving.
